National Conference on University-Industry Cooperation 2008
on 26-27 June 2008 in Adana, Turkey at the Cukurova University
There are 6 university-industry collaborative R/D centers in Turkey which were established before 2004 according to a support program by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). These centers were then forced by TUBITAK to gain legal identity, and most of them including ODAGEM became companies. In order not to lose their common goals for industry-university cooperation, they came together on a platform:
National Platform for University-Industry Cooperation which is open to the membership of other associations, agents, etc. sharing the same goal. The platform is organizing its first national conference : National Conference on University-Industry Cooperation 2008 on 26-27 June 2008 in Adana, Turkey at the Cukurova University.
